Betsy Willcox, the owner of Something Nice, is a graduate of Miss Kelley's school of electrology in Quincy, MA where she graduated with 1100 hours of training and earned her Massachusett's license in 1984. She earned her Certified Professional Electrologist (CPE) certification in 1990 and is actively involved with the Vermont Association of Electrologists and is a former president.

Jean Edmands trained in Electrology at Boston Electrology Training Center in Boston, Massachusetts where she graduated with 1100 hours of training and earned her Massachusetts license in 1998. Jean is a registered nurse. She earned her nursing degree in 1990. Jean moved to Vermont in 1999 where she began her work at Something Nice.
